Printer drivers for Windows 2000
Serial connection: PT-9200DX, PT-PC (Version 3.x -web only), PT-9200PC,
PT-2500PC, PT-2400/2410(USA), SC-2000, SC-900
The Windows 2000 serial printer drivers for above models work fine in
Windows XP.
USB connection: PT-9200DX
The latest version USB printer driver (version 3.31) works fine in Windows
XP. Please download the latest printer driver from the software download
page.
Parallel connection: SC-2000
The Windows 2000 printer driver works fine in Windows XP.
*We can not support P-touch Editor Ver. 1.x/ 2.x and Printer driver Ver 1.x/2.x
Printer driver for Windows 2000
Serial connection:
The Windows 2000 serial printer driver works fine in Windows XP.
Parallel connection:
The Windows 2000 parallel printer driver works fine in Windows XP.
Make sure that the COM port is active. On some computers, COM ports are
assigned to IrDA (Infrared Data Association) or modems as the factory
setting.
For assistance in changing the computer's COM port setting, refer to the
instruction manual for your computer or consult the computer manufacturer.
On computers with, only 1 serial port, the COM port number is usually
"2". Make sure that COM port number corresponds to the port where
the P-touch/StampCreator is connected.

Open[Control Panel] - Select[System] - Click [Device Manager]Tab -Select
[Port(COM/LPT)]Make sure that COM port does not show an error status.
Make sure the COM port number (COM1,COM2, etc) corresponds to the port where
the P-touch/StampCreator is connected. If Com port shows an error status,
refer to the instruction manual for your computer or consult the computer
manufacturer.

Open[Control Panel] - Select[System] - Click [Hardware]Tab -Click[Device
Manager] - Select [Port(COM/LPT)]Make sure that COM port does not show an
error status.
